Registration & Admission

Our Process

Registration & Admission

Our registration and admission process is designed to be quick and efficient. Whether you’re here for an outpatient consultation or a hospital stay, our team will guide you through the formalities, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed seamlessly. We prioritize your convenience and aim to get you the care you need as soon as possible.

Outpatient Appointment

Our patient care staff will be glad to book an appointment with your doctor over phone or you can directly book your appointment online or just walk-in.

When you book an appointment online, the responsible staff member will get in touch with you, in case it’s required. You may also arrive 15 minutes before your outpatient appointment and ask for more information at the OPD reception. We will gladly provide directions from there. If possible, we will accompany you to the department.

In-patient Stay

The department coordinator will assist you in booking your child’s in-patient stay at Shishulok Children Hospital based on the pre-scheduled consultation or procedure date. Please follow our recommendations carefully when preparing for hospital admission.

On the day of admission, kindly proceed to the Admissions Desk located on the ground floor. After completing the necessary formalities, one of our staff members will guide you and your child to the respective ward, care unit, or assigned room.

If a surgical procedure is scheduled, please ensure your child arrives on an empty stomach—no solid food from midnight before the procedure. Clear water may be consumed up to one hour prior to most operations unless otherwise directed by the doctor.

We’re here to make your child’s hospital journey safe, smooth, and stress-free.
